COVID-19 Update
Your health and safety is our priority
During these unprecedented times our priority continues to be the health and safety of our valued clients which is why we have adapted our business and implemented additional measures to help reduce the spread of the virus and ensure we can continue to service our clients effectively.
Cleaning Safe Work Measures
Safe work measures to our cleaning services includes:
All cleaners are equipped with the essential PPE to enable them to complete the service required and instructed to:
- Wear disposable gloves and masks
- Use of hand sanitizer before and after the use of disposable gloves
- Use disinfectant to clean high touch areas and surfaces
- Avoid touching their mouth and face
Our cleaners are also equipped with the correct cleaning chemicals and equipment to cope with the cleaning demands
Our cleaners generally work in isolated environments, working after hours which allows them to keep themselves safe through social distancing methods at work, maintaining a 1.5m safe working distance.
Other updated cleaning measures include:
The use of hospital-grade disinfectants
Colour-coded Microfiber cloths (traps 99% of dirt)
Microfiber NO DIP flat mops (no cross contamination)
HEPA Vacuum (traps 99.7% airborne allergens)
Periodic bio-misting (on request) which gives greater efficiency and coverage to reach difficult, inaccessible areas that couldn’t be reached with conventional cleaning methods. This is an additional treatment to regular cleaning to ensure day to day maintenance of cross-contamination.
In response to COVID-19, it is recommended for all sites to undertake additional cleaning and sanitization as a preventative measure to reduce the risk onsite through the recent updated cleaning measures.
We will be happy to comply with any other additional health and safety requirements you may have.
Property Maintenance Safe Work Measures
Safe work measures to our property maintenance services:
As we live through these uncertain times amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, we know people will spend a lot more time at home and will continue to need professional tradesmen to help out with maintenance and repairs.
To ensure your own safety and to ensure our tradesmen can provide the service during this time, we have implemented the following precautionary measures:
Practice hand hygiene - All tradesmen are instructed to wash or sanitize their hands before and after a job
Remote quotes – to minimise face to face interaction, at your request we can provide quotes through a video call which may be enough to determine the extent of work that needs to be done. This won’t be possible in all instances however it can lessen the amount of time and people required to come into your home for call outs and quotes
Cashless transactions – The virus can live on surfaces for hours and even days so we currently accept electronic payments to avoid cash transactions during this time.
Greetings – A simple hello or wave is entirely acceptable
Maintain distance – All tradesmen are to stay at least 1.5 meters away when interacting
Clean up and sanitize – Our tradesmen will do their best to touch few surfaces as possible however it is recommended to clean and disinfect surfaces within the vicinity once they have left for extra peace of mind
We will continue to stay up to date with recent advice on COVID-19 from reliable sources such as health.gov.au and monitor the situation and adapt our approach as required to help minimise the spread of the virus.
